In IBM Cloud Log Analysis, logs are collected only when the proper logging agents are installed and configured on the resource or cluster you want to monitor — including Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud. If the developer’s OpenShift cluster logs are missing, the most common cause is that the logging agents (such as the LogDNA or Activity Tracker agents) were not deployed to the cluster.
