In Azure, you can associate route tables (UDR) with multiple subnets and send their traffic to a Network Virtual Appliance (CloudGuard) using the private IP of the gateway NIC (with IP forwarding enabled) as the next hop. This allows you to inspect traffic from multiple subnets with a single gateway/NIC.
