Selected Answer: B
B. Side-by-side extension is correct, A. Key user is not suitable because it cannot support real-time tracking, external route optimization, notifications, or scalability outside S/4HANA Cloud. From SAP Learning Hub – Extensibility for SAP S/4HANA Cloud: “Do not use key user extensibility for scenarios that require integration with external systems, high scalability, or custom applications that are independent of the S/4HANA core.”

Selected Answer: B
Option B - Side-by Side. Extensions are maintained by Line of business users who has no or little knowledge of coding and they are designing new application. Thus side by side in BTP is right option
