Option D SAP BTPEA correct option. Because Subscription is consumption based billing. So we need to pay annually in advanced. There is no penalty for using addition services it depends on you to on and off it. On the other hand, Subscription based billing u need to pay for service you subscribed for in advanced, you can not consume other services, its fixed as per contract.
