IT's A and D
The two reasons that could apply when a remediation option has an ‘In Progress’ status are:
A. Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to allocate software rights
Because the allocation process involves steps that may not be immediate (such as approvals, tasks being completed, or system updates), the status is set as "In Progress" until the allocation is finished.
D. Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to harvest software rights
Similarly, harvesting (reclaiming unused software rights) often involves automated or manual workflows that are not instantaneous. The remediation option remains “In Progress” while these workflows complete.
EDIT - A and C
The following reasons could apply when a remediation option has an ‘In Progress’ status:
A. Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to allocate software rights
C. Workflow(s) or process(es) have been initiated to purchase software rights
These options indicate that action is actively being taken (via workflows or processes) to resolve the issue, which would place the remediation in an ‘In Progress’ state.
