only the Development Team is responsible for updating work estimates during the Sprint. They own the Sprint Backlog and are best positioned to assess progress and adjust estimates based on actual work done. ❌Product Owner manages the Product Backlog, not task-level estimates. ❌Project Manager is not a role in Scrum.

In Scrum, the work estimates are updated by the team members during the Sprint as they gain a better understanding of the work involved. Therefore, the correct answer is A. Only the team members.
