Selected Answer: A
A. Because it is not a status meeting for all stakeholders The Daily Scrum is for the Development Team, not for reporting to outsiders. Others may observe but should not interfere. ❌ B. Because other people speaking would let the meeting run late While keeping the meeting short is important, the main reason others don’t speak is to keep the focus on the Development Team’s planning, not just timing. ❌ C. Because the meeting is just for updating the work done The Daily Scrum is not just a status update. It’s a planning meeting for the team to inspect progress and adapt the plan for the next 24 hours.
