Current order = User pages Customer information = System pages Previous orders = Data pages User pages Stores data specific to each user's session. Example: The case the user is currently working on, or the contents of a form being filled out. System pages Stores system information managed internally by Pega. Example: Operator ID, locale, login information, etc. Data pages Stores external or reference data and makes it reusable. Can be shared across multiple users. Example: Previous order history, product master information, etc.
