Selected Answer: C
Every process typically includes the following elements: Roles: Define who is responsible for each part of the process. Inputs and Outputs: Specify what goes into the process and what comes out. Metrics: Used to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. However, functions are not necessarily defined as part of every process. Functions are broader organizational capabilities or departments (e.g., HR, Finance) and may span multiple processes. While a process might involve certain functions, the definition of the process itself doesn't require specifying functions.
