I think it is B: 36247 for the selective catheter placement, Arterial system, initial 3rd order selective abdominal artery branch 75726-26-59 for the Angiography, visceral, radiological supervision and interpretation 37246-51 for the transluminal balloon angioplasty for an artery. 37248 is for an angioplasty in a vein, not an artery.
