Selected Answer: C
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) = using two different categories of credentials to verify identity. In the example: Something you know → Username & password. Something you have → Code from an authentication app (or SMS, hardware token). This combination = 2-factor authentication. 3-factor authentication → Would require three different categories (e.g., password + mobile token + fingerprint). So correct Answer is 'C'.

Selected Answer: A
It might be both A and C. A - because each piece of information is part of the authentication. 3 pieces of information - 3-factor authentication. C - username often is not counted as a piece of authentication information.
