I cannot find anything official about Enterprise being able to collect prompts. I think those people before me just asked some AI and used that as an answer.
As a company, you don't want Microsoft to collect your data so it makes sense there is no such setting for organizations. I have a Business plan and I don't see anything like it.

So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
